It’s no April Fools’ Day joke! FactCheck.org, a project of the Annenberg Public Policy Center (APPC), has been nominated in the 30th Annual Webby Awards in the category Websites and Mobile Sites: News & Politics.
FactCheck.org is one of five nominees in the News & Politics category of the Webbys, which honor online excellence and are presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences. Panels of judges for the academy have awarded FactCheck.org a total of 10 previous Webby Awards as best politics site, including six straight from 2014-19. FactCheck.org has also won the Webby People’s Voice Award 11 times, most recently in 2023.
Fans of FactCheck.org can help it win this year’s People’s Voice Award, which is voted on by the public. Go to vote.webbyawards.com and sign in or sign up to vote.
