In a letter to the editors of the Journal of Adolescent Health, Patrick Jamieson, director of APPC’s Annenberg Health and Risk Communication Institute (AHRCI), highlights new guidance for parents of autistic children: If Your Adolescent Has Autism: An Essential Resource for Parents (Oxford University Press, 2025). The book is the newest addition to an APPC series issuing science-grounded guidance for parents of adolescents with mental health conditions.
